Washington, KY USA says: | See others from this town | 01-02-2011 | | | | My favorite things these days about the holidays is that this is the only time I can get off work to attend my quilt club that I joined in 1996 after moving here from Atlanta. Our club had only about a dozen women when I joined and has grown to over 50 - unfortunately, after having to return back to work a couple years ago due to a divorce, I only get to go once a year for our annual December potluck and exchange of homemade gifts. If Ricky Tims visited our town he would be considered an angel by many many women. Our town may be small (very) and not have much in the way of Christmas Decorations, but I will say, he would not find a better bunch of women to spend his time with than the Mount Washington Quilting Bees. |
