What is this convention?

Our conventions are fan-focused events where attendees can meet actors, creators, and special guests from beloved TV shows and movies. Events may include photo ops, autograph sessions, panels, vendors, themed experiences, and exclusive activities.

Where is the event located?

The venue and address can be found on the Event Location page of the website. We recommend checking this page before booking travel to ensure you have the correct location and details.

What are the event hours?

Convention hours vary by day. Please check the Schedule page closer to the event date for the most accurate times.

Tickets

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes. All attendees must have a valid admission ticket to enter the convention.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket purchases are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person. 

Will tickets be available at the door?

Some tickets may be available at the door depending on availability, but we strongly recommend purchasing in advance as many events sell out.

Do children need a ticket?

Children 7 and under get in free with the purchase of a regular admission ticket. 

Can I upgrade my ticket later?

If you wish to upgrade, you may contact us via our form or official email . Availability cannot be guaranteed as some ticket types sell out.

Celebrity Guests

Which celebrities will be attending?

Confirmed guests will be listed on the Guests page. Guests are announced throughout the months leading up to the event.

Can guests cancel?

Yes. Appearances are subject to professional obligations such as filming schedules, illness, or travel issues. While cancellations are rare, they can happen.

Will I automatically meet every guest?

No. Admission tickets grant access to the convention, but autographs, photo ops, selfies, and meet and greets must be purchased separately.

ADD-ONS

Do I need to buy photo ops in advance?

Purchasing early is recommended as popular guests can sell out. Any that have not sold out can be purchased in person as long as it is before the scheduled photo op. 

Do I need to purchase autographs & selfies in advance?

We recommend purchasing these online ahead of time. If you choose to purchase at the event, it is a CASH only option. 

How do professional photo ops work?

Professional photo ops are taken by an official photographer. You will receive a high-quality photo with the guest shortly after your session.

Schedule

When will the schedule be released?

A tentative schedule is usually released a few weeks before the event, with a final version available closer to the event date.

Can the schedule change?

Yes. Schedules may change due to guest availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Vendors

Will there be vendors at the convention?

Yes! Our vendor area features artists, creators, collectibles, apparel, and fan merchandise.

How do I become a vendor?

Vendor applications and pricing can be found on the Vendor Information page of the website.

Travel & Planning

Should I book my travel early?

Yes. Hotels and flights may sell out quickly near the event date, so early booking is recommended.

Are there recommended hotels?

If the event has partnered hotels or room blocks, they will be listed on the Travel/Hotels page.

Event Policies

Is there any assistance for ADA?

Yes! If you are ADA please let a worker know at registration when you pick up your package. 

Is cosplay allowed?

Yes! Cosplay is encouraged, but costumes must comply with venue safety rules.

Are prop weapons allowed?

Prop weapons must follow venue safety guidelines and may be inspected.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

This depends on the venue’s policies. Please check the venue guidelines before arriving.
